PROCESS
Whether it's a custom home build, remodel or addition, you're in great hands with Boaz Construction, LLC. Our approach and communication makes it easy on you and we'll guide you step by step for the entirety of the home construction process.

INITIAL CALL
Use our "Get A Free Estimate" form or give us a call. A member of our team will get some basic information about your custom home build, renovation or addition and schedule a site visit.

SITE VISIT
A member of our team will come out in person to inspect the home site and hear what you are envisioning. And, we'll even dream with you!
03
PLAN DEVELOPMENT
We'll develop an initial estimate, payment schedule, rough scope and allowances.. If needed, we'll also bring in our draftsman. We'll meet to discuss the home construction project and refine as needed.
04
CONTRACT SIGNED
We'll draft a contract, set a start date and collect a 5% deposit. Once you sign, your dream home project begins! We'll obtain permits, structural engineering and orders and begin site prep and demo.
